People say Jiangnan(a geographic area in China referring to lands immediately to the south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River) is good. Roll the light boat on Qinhuai (the river’s name). the buildings on the bank ,owned by the emporor, used to be coated by gold. The boat sails through the waves and soft winds. The sound of rolling oar and the shadow of lights disappear in a second. Dead flowers and dying willow trees turn to mess. Absent mind wonders to another world. Surrounded by the mist of flying cotton wool. The scene of old time and the dated wind. The dragon boat can’t afford too many sadness.
The water in spring is as green as in southern dynasty . Flocks of gulls come by everyday. The temple street is sweped by the visitors. The restaurants start to open. The morning light cast through the mountains and other things. The river bank is clean and clear without any color of the rain. The fog is as thick as the smoke, there are songs coming from the restaurants. Wuyi alley, Zhuque bridge. The smell of the perfume and the sound the chinese lute are endless.
